Air Ambulances UK has announced the appointment of David Domoney, acclaimed television presenter for Plants and Nature, as an Ambassador. In this role, David will help to raise awareness of the vital work undertaken by air ambulance charities across the UK.
As a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Horticulture, David has accumulated over 35 Royal Horticultural Medals for his exhibits at prestigious shows such as The Chelsea Flower Show. His excellence in horticulture was further underscored when HRH Prince Edward Duke of Edinburgh selected David as his 2019 choice for the Excellence in Horticulture Award.
Beyond his contributions to the world of plants and nature, David Domoney is a passionate advocate for various UK charities, spanning issues encompassing mental and physical wellbeing, as well as the conservation of our native wildlife.

His involvement will focus on driving public awareness and championing the remarkable work carried out by the charities, emphasising their critical role in providing pre-hospital care and emergency medical services.
