Leading the Digital Revolution in Emergency Services: Microsoft Partner Pavilion’s exciting return to The Emergency Tech Show, unveiling new technologies to transform the UK blue light sector. 

Nineteen Group is proud to announce the grand return of Microsoft, global leader in technology solutions, and the Microsoft Partner Pavilion at The Emergency Tech Show, taking place at the NEC, Birmingham from 18-19 September 2024, established alongside the award-winning Emergency Services Show. This year, the Pavilion not only returns to Hall 4 but does so with unprecedented scale and ambition, featuring 16 of Microsoft’s most esteemed partners. 

“Last year’s Pavilion was a massive success, sparking engagement and showcasing our collective push towards advancing our emergency services,” says Parm Singh, Senior Business Applications Executive for Public Safety.

“For 2024, we’re elevating this experience, bringing together an even larger coalition of tech innovators to forge the future of emergency response together. Our return signifies a landmark moment in our journey to transform public safety through technology.” 

The Microsoft Partner Pavilion leads the way for Microsoft Partners to connect with emergency services personnel and showcase their solutions to redefine operational response. Together, these forward-thinking companies are pushing boundaries with technologies that boost first responders’ efficiency and impact, including cloud technology, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. 

Microsoft Partners already confirmed within the Pavilion include: ANS, Axon, Codec, Corti, CPS, Hitachi, Insight, Kerv Digital, OWN, Pimloc, Robiquity, Simpson Associates, Stable, Symity, and Trustmarque. More new partners joining Microsoft at The Emergency Tech Show will be announced in the coming weeks. 

Running alongside this exhibition of technology innovation, the Pavilion will host a dedicated content theatre, an exclusive space that will delve into crucial themes and topics that have an impact upon all emergency services agencies, front-line staff, support staff and all in between. 

Attendees will experience a first-hand look at the transformative impact of technology via hands-on demos and captivating exhibits. Microsoft Partners will showcase a collection of applications and services utilising Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Office 365, Copilot, and Azure Cloud. These tools are designed to offer instant insights, foster data-led decision-making, and provide smooth collaboration opportunities, all aimed at amplifying emergency response efforts.
