The North West Air Ambulance Charity (NWAA) has joined forces with Southport-based telecommunications provider AdaptiveComms, leveraging its latest service, Adaptive Phone, designed specifically for the healthcare sector.

This partnership aims to streamline the charity’s operations, enhancing everything from patient care to collaboration and ultimately improving overall efficiency.

“This isn’t just about technology, it’s about leveraging our resources to make a tangible difference where it’s needed most.

“We’re honoured to help aid in the incredible work the North West Air Ambulance Charity does. At the same time, we are excited to work with GPs and the healthcare sector across the UK and help provide the latest solution.”

James Brayshaw, AdaptiveComms CEO.

AdaptiveComms wants to give back to the community, so it is donating a portion of the profits from every Adaptive Phone sold to NWAA, enabling them to continue their lifesaving work on a daily basis.

NWAA’s Operations Director David Briggs, said: “We have been working with AdaptiveComms for a number of years now and have seen first-hand the quality of service and software they provide. We’re delighted to partner with them to help raise funds for our lifesaving work.”

“The partnerships we create with businesses across the North West are hugely important to us, and beneficial to both the charity and the business.

“As well as the money raised to fund our lifesaving work, we want to ensure that our corporate partners achieve their aims and get something from the partnership too. We are very grateful to AdaptiveComms and all our other corporate partners for their continued support.”

Chris Andrews, Corporate Partnerships Officer, North West Air Ambulance Charity.
