Paul Speight developed his expertise in virtual reality training in Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service and since retiring from operational duties he has worked with many organisations to hone how this works in emergency services. During the Supplier Sessions at The Emergency Services Show, he was joined by Ted O’Brien from FLAIM and Alex Harvey from RiVR, both working in the VR world and they shared their thoughts about the future of VR to improve training in all aspects of the the emergency services.
