Totalmobile and Pro:Public have entered into a strategic partnership designed to change how emergency services operate, delivering smarter, more efficient solutions for services across the UK and Ireland.

The partnership brings together Pro:Public’s first-hand operational expertise, gained from years of frontline policing, with Totalmobile’s Field Service Management (FSM) technology. Following Totalmobile’s recent acquisition of Gartan Technologies, an emergency service technology provider, this collaboration strengthens its ability to deliver a comprehensive rostering and workforce management platform for emergency service providers.

“We’re building the strongest possible foundation for digital transformation in emergency services. With our acquisition of Gartan Technologies and our new partnership with Pro:Public, we’re combining best-in-class technology with frontline operational expertise. The team at Pro:Public, as former police officers, bring an unrivalled level of experience to the table and I’m confident our joint expertise will drive positive outcomes for our customers.”

James Bouch, Head of Alliances at Totalmobile.

As emergency services deal with growing demands and tighter resources, the partnership with Pro:Public marks an important step for these services providing more thoughtful, data-driven operations. This collaboration will also help frontline teams to concentrate on providing essential life-saving services rather than administrative burdens.

The partnership is the latest in a series of strategic alliances for Totalmobile and aims to drive digital transformation across key areas and sectors. Significant partnerships already include Accenture, Access Group, Mitie and Vodafone, reinforcing Totalmobile’s commitment to improving the lives and working lives of field workers worldwide.
