Nineteen Group, home of Emergency Services Times, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of Microsoft, along with the Microsoft Partner Pavilion, to The Emergency Tech Show for the third year in a row. The show will be held at the NEC, Birmingham, on 17-18 September 2025, co-located with the award-winning The Emergency Services Show.

The Microsoft Partner Pavilion is a showcase for the transformative influence of artificial intelligence in the realm of emergency services, offering partners a stage to demonstrate how Microsoft technologies are transforming operational efficiency, real-time decision-making, and frontline response.

Microsoft partners can engage directly with emergency services professionals, displaying solutions that leverage AI, cloud computing, and data analytics to address the unique challenges of public safety. With cutting-edge demonstrations and live applications, the Pavilion illustrates how technology is actively shaping the future of emergency response.

Microsoft Partners already confirmed within the Pavilion include: Node4, Provance, ANS, Boxxe, Phoenix, Pimloc, Robiquity, Axon, and Telefonica Tech, with more partners to be announced soon.

Running alongside this exhibition of technology innovation, the Pavilion will host a dedicated content theatre, an exclusive space that will allow visitors to hear first-hand from peers how Microsoft technology is supporting the emergency services, front-line staff, support staff and all in between.

Attendees will gain a hands-on perspective of how technology is reshaping the emergency services landscape through interactive demonstrations and engaging displays. Microsoft Partners will present a suite of solutions powered by AI Agents, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Office 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Azure – tools engineered to deliver real-time insights, enhance data-driven decision-making, and streamline collaboration.

By harnessing these technological advancements, emergency services staff can dedicate more time and attention to supporting the public, ultimately enhancing the care and protection provided to communities.

Some of the incremental benefits of harnessing the power of AI across Business Processes include:

  • 35% reduction in external case volume through Self-Service
  • 10% reduction in handling time
  • 6% reduction in complex case handing time

“Our return to The Emergency Tech Show reflects our deep commitment to empowering emergency services through transformative technology. Together with our partners, we’re showcasing how Microsoft solutions are helping frontline teams respond faster, collaborate smarter, and serve communities more effectively.”

Paul McPherson, Head of AI Workforce, AI Business Solutions, Microsoft UK
