Trustmarque works with ambulance, police, and other frontline teams to deliver secure, cloud-based solutions that streamline workflows and improve real-time decision-making.

At The Emergency Tech Show, the Microsoft partner will demonstrate how Microsoft Fabric and other tools turn complex operational data into actionable insights, helping emergency services respond faster, optimise resources, and maintain public safety under pressure. We were keen to find out more – read on for insights from the team.

1. Can you introduce Trustmarque and how your work with Microsoft supports frontline sectors like healthcare and policing?

Trustmarque is a dedicated Microsoft partner with over 30 years of experience supporting frontline sectors, including ambulance services. We provide cloud, security, and digital transformation solutions that are tailored to the fast-paced and critical environment of ambulance operations. Through our collaboration with Microsoft, we ensure ambulance teams have access to secure, scalable technologies designed to streamline response workflows, enhance real-time data sharing, and improve patient handover processes. Our mission is to help ambulance services deliver faster, smarter, and safer care on the move.

2. Policing is a growing area for you – what kind of challenges are you helping police forces tackle through tech?

While our roots are in healthcare, our growing work with policing focuses on improving data accessibility, operational coordination, and secure communications. We help forces modernise legacy systems, adopt cloud-first strategies, and leverage Microsoft technologies to streamline case management, enhance situational awareness, and ensure compliance with national security standards. Our goal is to enable officers to spend less time on admin and more time protecting communities.

3. You support organisations from licensing through to deployment – how does that end-to-end approach benefit emergency services?

Emergency services operate in high-pressure environments where downtime isn’t an option. Our end-to-end approach, from licensing and funding alignment to deployment and optimisation, ensures seamless transitions and faster time to value. We simplify procurement, accelerate onboarding, and provide ongoing support, so teams can focus on delivering critical services rather than managing IT complexity.

4. How are you helping services make better use of their data, especially with tools like Microsoft Fabric?

Trustmarque has implemented Microsoft Fabric solutions across a wide range of blue light organisations, supporting ambulance, fire, and police services to drive operational excellence. Fabric brings data governance, analytics, and AI together on a unified platform tailored for the demands of emergency response.

Our ready-to-use dashboards and reference frameworks empower frontline teams to ask direct, operational questions, such as “Are response times improving in high-priority areas?” and receive immediate, actionable insights. Leveraging Fabric Copilot and advanced AI integrations, even complex and unstructured case notes are transformed into clear recommendations, enabling quick, informed decisions when every second counts.

5. What can people expect to see from you at The Emergency Tech Show?

At ETS, we’ll showcase how Microsoft Fabric and our broader Microsoft solutions portfolio are transforming emergency services. Expect real-world examples of how we’re helping NHS Trusts and blue light services unlock operational insights, improve resource allocation, and enhance public safety. We’ll also be sharing our latest success stories, offering demos, and connecting with attendees to explore how we can support their digital transformation journeys.

6. What advice would you give to emergency services teams just beginning to explore digital transformation?

Start with your outcomes. Whether it’s faster response times, better patient care, or improved officer safety, let those goals guide your tech strategy. Choose partners who understand your sector and can support you from strategy through to delivery. And don’t wait for perfection, start small, iterate fast, and build momentum. With platforms like Microsoft Fabric, you can unlock value quickly while laying the foundation for long-term innovation.
