Device carrying solutions manufacturer Peter Jones has announced a new partnership with the mental health charity Mind in Gwent, pledging to donate to the organisation for every product sold from its forthcoming Delta Range.

The launch of the Delta Range will take place at this year’s The Emergency Services Show, introducing a line of cost-effective, sustainable and lightweight carrying options for devices and equipment used across emergency services, security, industrial and customer-facing roles. The company says the range has been designed to balance durability with environmental responsibility, while also delivering a social impact.

Andrew Griffiths, Head of Business Development at Peter Jones, said the partnership reflects the business’s belief that protecting wellbeing should extend beyond physical safety. “By partnering with Mind in Gwent, we’re not only helping to protect workers from environmental or physical harm but also supporting their wellbeing from within,” he said. “Every purchase from the Delta Range contributes directly to the charity’s mission to ensure no one faces a mental health problem alone.”

Mind in Gwent, which provides advocacy and mental health support services across the region, welcomed the initiative. Mike Walmsley, Head of Income Generation and Business Development, said: “We know how important awareness of mental health is within businesses. It’s great to see this reflected by organisations like Peter Jones and their commitment to local community mental health. This partnership will allow us to support grassroots initiatives in the very county where the business began back in 1967.”

The Delta Range is manufactured in partnership with JC Moulding, a sister company of Peter Jones that handles tool design, manufacture and injection moulding under one roof. In line with the company’s sustainability goals, end-of-life products can be returned for recycling, with JC Moulding regrinding and repurposing plastic parts.

By tying the launch of its new range to a charitable initiative, Peter Jones aims to highlight both its corporate social responsibility and the growing importance of mental health awareness in the workplace.

The industry will once again be gathering at the NEC, Birmingham for The Emergency Services Show, co located with The Emergency Tech Show on 17-18 September, check out the full exhibitor list here. You can find Peter Jones Hall 5, Stand C170.
