West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) has expanded its partnership with LearnPro Group by adopting pdrPro, a competence management system designed to help fire and rescue services track and manage operational skills.

The service already uses LearnPro Group’s XVR Simulation and Redkite Asset Management systems to support training and equipment oversight. The addition of pdrPro brings these functions together, giving WYFRS a fully integrated digital suite to manage people, assets and training across the organisation.

LearnPro Group CEO Costi Karayannis visited WYFRS last week to meet Deputy Chief Fire Officer Dave Walton, QFSM DMS MIFireE, and thank the service for its continued partnership.

“By combining pdrPro with XVR and Redkite, WYFRS now has a comprehensive set of tools that support their people, their assets and their training – all critical to delivering outstanding public safety.”

The extended collaboration reflects WYFRS’s ongoing focus on innovation, safety and professional development as it continues to enhance operational readiness across the region.
