NEC Software Solutions has brought its Vision 5 command and control system together with Unblur’s IRIS Core and IRIS Tactics platform to deliver a fully integrated, end‑to‑end incident management capability for emergency services across the UK.

This partnership enables two-way communication between the control room and the incident ground supporting shared situational awareness during complex and fast-moving incidents.

Steve Ainsworth, Executive Director – Safety of NECSWS, said: “This partnership represents a significant advancement in the way information flows across an incident, and it has real potential to transform how organisations respond when it matters most.”

Emphasising the benefits of operating with clearer intelligence and better tools, Alfonso Zamarro, CEO & Co-founder of Unblur said: “We’re delighted to join forces with NEC to deliver capabilities that will make a meaningful difference to frontline teams.”

NEC and Unblur report that they have aligned their technologies to support long‑term digital transformation across UK emergency services, ensuring teams have access to accurate, real‑time information, regardless of where they are operating.
