Leicestershire FRS appoints Chief Fire and Rescue Officer

Callum Faint has been appointed as Chief Fire and Rescue Officer of Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service.

Callum has been serving as Interim Chief Fire and Rescue Officer since September 2020, first joining Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service as Temporary Assistant Chief Fire Officer in July 2019. Prior to this, he served with Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service for 24 years.

Callum said, ā€œI am incredibly proud to be appointed as the Chief Fire and Rescue Officer. Working this position on an interim basis for the past eight months has been challenging, but incredibly rewarding.
