The MAXIFORCE® G2 is the latest Air Lifting Bag from Paratech, which is now available in the UK exclusively from Vimpex.
The air lifting bag is a thin, strong, moulded envelope made from three layers of Neoprene covered Aramid fibre reinforcement. It has the power to lift, move or shift weights up to 80.9 tonnes per bag – an increase of 20{b782e6485bad54f4d4eef610261c499b39e6ceae36370d8b5dbb547d38ca2d22} lifting capacity compared to the original MAXIFORCE® for the same size bag.
Vimpex offers MAXIFORCE® G2 in sets of various sizes. The company can supply 10 kits with different combinations containing air lifting bags only and two kits complete with air lifting bags and all of the necessary control equipment. Users can make-up their own kits from individual MAXIFORCE® G2 Air Lifting Bags and a full range of control equipment.
Control equipment and components play a critical role in successful lifting bag operations and Paratech manufactures all of its major control components. This assures the quality of the lifting bag system from inflation to deflation. Air couplings and hoses are all field replaceable and the couplings are recessed for added durability and protection. The new G2 airbags are fully compatible with all previous MAXIFORCE® equipment.
All MAXIFORCE® products meet and exceed the intent of all known, recognised and published international standards for the design and use of Air Lifting Bags. Each bag has been subjected to stringent factory pressure tests to assure maximum operator safety. Each bag has the centre lines clearly marked, together with the lifting capacity marked on the sides and corners of the bags enabling easy, safe and accurate positioning.
Paratech manufactures an ever-increasing number of emergency services, industrial and law enforcement products that lift, shift, stabilise, contain and penetrate. Including in this is the increasingly popular Paratech ‘Supporter’ vehicle stabilisation system, which has the ability to not only stabilise, but also lift and secure heavy vehicles. The system can manage loads up to nine tonnes even at full extension and has a unique five-year warranty.
