A new contract to provide North Yorkshire Police with an organisational support solution for HR, training, and duty management was announced on 21 January by Capita Secure Resource Solutions and the force.
Worth up to £1.25m over five years, the contract means Capita is now providing organisational support solutions to all four police forces across the Yorkshire region.
The system will manage North Yorkshire Police’s data for HR, training, duty management and optionally health and safety and is expected to deliver significant efficiencies and streamlined processing.
