The Worshipful Company of Firefighters will present a lecture, ‘Future Fire Policy – The Way Forward?’ on Tuesday 30 April, at The Aviva Building, in London.
Presented by James Pauley, CEO of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and Roy Wilsher, Chair of the National Fire Chiefs Council, the lecture will help delegates to understand what is necessary to develop a national fire safety policy. CPD credits are available to members of the IFE, IRM, IFPO, IFSM and RIBA.
James Pauley will be giving the keynote address based on the fire and life safety ecosystem developed by the NFPA offering that as a model. Roy Wilsher will be discussing a practical way forward to deal with the necessary changes exemplified by the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
