Top team at Supply Plus completes MBO

Following a Management Buy Out (MBO) of Supply Plus Limited, effective from 1 April 2019, the complete ownership of the business is now 100% with the senior management team and fully UK based.

Supply Plus Limited manufactures a range of products, from its Cambridge UK base, primarily for the fire and rescue, fuel delivery and cable management markets under the AS Fire & Rescue, Collins Youldon and Bayley brands.

Outside the primary UK market the company has exported to over 40 countries in the past 12 months with its UK team of over 60 staff.

Supply Plus now expects to embark upon a further period of stability and critical focus on its core customers to deliver their immediate requirements.

The MBO team comprises: Derek Gotts, Managing Director; Mike Corbishley, Finance Director; Patrick Holt, Operations Director; and Karen Hull, Compliance Director.
