Police forces are coming together in a national operation to tackle the fatal 4 behaviours which cause a spike in road users being killed or seriously injured during the month of July. And South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust has missed all its response time targets in Gloucestershire.

Counter Terrorism Policing issues warning about dangers young people can face online

Counter Terrorism Policing North East is urging people to be aware of the dangers young people can face online after a 16-year-old from Stockton-on-Tees received a three year Youth Rehabilitation Order and a three year Criminal Behaviour Order, after admitting possessing extreme right wing material and distributing content to others on social media platforms. National event marks 50 years of sharing police fleet innovation

Delegates at this year’s National Association of Police Fleet Managers’ Conference were treated to a display of police cars and bikes from the last five decades as they arrived at the 50th iteration of the landmark event. More via Emergency Services Times

NBCC releases report and recommendations to tackle illicit trade in stolen tobacco

The National Business Crime Centre (NBCC) is calling for Tobacco Track and Trace (TT&T) technology to be made available to policing in order to crack down on the illicit trade in stolen tobacco and its resale on the black market. More via NBCC

Ambulance service misses response time targets

An ambulance service has missed all its response time targets in Gloucestershire.

South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust said the problem was in part caused by ambulances queueing outside Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, meaning they could not get to their next job. More via BBC News
