The United Kingdom Emergency Robotics Responders Organisation (UKERRO) has announced its inaugural event, the Emergency Robotics Summit 2025.

Taking place on 26-27 April at Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Training & Safety Centre, the summit is looking to bring together practitioners, organisations and industry to showcase the latest in technology. It will also serve to develop emergency services’ robotics capabilities and response operations in order to save lives and minimise risk to responders.

Attendees will be treated to presentations by national and international guest speakers covering a range of robotics topics. There will also be a number of internal & external try-out workshops in disciplines such as SAR, USAR, law enforcement, submersible, ground and flying skills.

“The UKERRO Emergency Robotics Responders Summit 2025 encompasses all those that use robotics in an emergency response environment. The event will provide a unique opportunity to bring practitioners, organisations, and industry together to showcase the latest in technology, share knowledge and network.”

Lee Newman, Drone Operator at London Fire Brigade and one of the brains behind UKERRO.
