Rosenbauer UK has announced the appointment of Ian Robertshaw as Managing Director. Nick Uwins, who has successfully led the company for the past six years, will transition to a consultancy role, providing his industry knowledge and expertise to support the management team.

Wolfgang Voraberger from Rosenbauer International AG will join the company as a director, further strengthening the links with Head Office and driving strategic growth alongside Sales Director Andrew Smith.

Nick Uwins has been an integral part of Rosenbauer for nearly a decade, having joined as Sales Director in 2016 and becoming Managing Director in 2019.

“The time is right to step back from my work life. I have faced many challenges and made many friendships, thoroughly enjoying my time at Rosenbauer. I am confident that Ian and the talented, motivated team will continue to drive the company towards future successes.”

Ian Robertshaw, who joined Rosenbauer UK in 2013 and became a director in 2019, has served as Head of the Service Department for the past ten years. With his technical experience, Ian is well-positioned to lead Rosenbauer UK into its next phase of growth.

“I am proud to take on the role of Managing Director and to build on the foundation that Nick and the team have established. Rosenbauer UK is fortunate to have a dedicated, highly skilled, and passionate team. It is through their efforts and dedication that we have achieved our current success, and I am excited to lead the company into its next chapter.”

Additionally, Rosenbauer UK will be showcasing its latest advancements at The Emergency Services Show on 17-18 September, further solidifying its position as an industry leader. Register for your free pass here.
