Zetron has opened a new customer demo suite at its Hull offices, creating a dedicated space for organisations across public safety and critical communications to experience, test and explore its solutions in a realistic operational environment.

The purpose built suite will act as a central hub for customer engagement, enabling live demonstrations, hands on training and collaborative testing across Zetron’s full portfolio, including command and control, communications and integrated software solutions.

Designed to replicate real world control room environments, the space allows teams to see how Zetron technology performs in live operational scenarios. Customers can test workflows, explore integrations and build confidence in how systems will support day to day and mission critical operations.

The demo suite will support organisations from across multiple sectors, including emergency services, transport, utilities and other critical infrastructure providers. It will also play a key role in enabling both Zetron teams and customers to train, learn and collaborate in a more immersive and practical setting.

“This new demo suite is an important step in how we support our customers, giving them a space to experience our technology in a way that reflects the realities of their operational environment. From day to day control room activity through to major transformation programmes, this facility allows teams to test, learn and build confidence before deployment. It is about bringing our solutions to life and working more closely with our customers to ensure they are ready for what comes next.”

Terry Miller, General Manager at Zetron.

A key focus within the suite is supporting the UK’s transition to the Emergency Services Network (ESN). Police forces and other emergency service organisations will have the opportunity to experience Zetron’s ESN ready Integrated Communications Control System, ICCS, testing functionality and workflows in simulated operational environments ahead of go live.

“ESN introduces new levels of complexity across control room environments, particularly around integration, resilience and how systems interact in real time. Our ESN ready ICCS has been designed to integrate seamlessly with CAD, radio, telephony and wider control room systems, ensuring information flows clearly and reliably when it matters most. This demo suite gives organisations the ability to test those integrations, validate workflows and understand how the technology will perform under operational conditions, helping to reduce risk and ensure a smoother transition to ESN.”

Ben Langley, Director of Projects and Programme Delivery.

In addition to customer demonstrations, the suite will be used for internal training and development, ensuring Zetron teams remain closely aligned with evolving customer needs and operational challenges.
