London’s Air Ambulance Charity is set to get two new helicopters by October 2024 after it recently ached its £15m fundraising target. And specialist officers have been tasked with pursuing online offenders and so-called influencers responsible for spreading hate and inciting violence on a large scale.

Online offenders pursued by Regional Organised Crime Units

Specialist officers have been tasked with pursuing online offenders and so-called influencers responsible for spreading hate and inciting violence on a large scale in the wake of violent disorder incidents over the last two weeks.

Teams from across the country working as part of the national network of Regional Organised Crime Units (ROCUs) have confirmed they are investigating hundreds of leads. More via NPCC

Isle of Man residents urged to use new online fire safety tool

The Isle of Man’s Fire Service is encouraging the public to use an online tool which will assess that people’s homes are fire safe.

Launched in May, the online form asks people questions about various rooms in provides advice, and will notify the fire service if a home requires a physical visit. More via BBC News
